Bentonite powder milling process
【Process one】
Due to the relatively large water content of bentonite, the raw material needs to be dried to a moisture content of less than 6%. After drying, the lumpy bentonite is transported to the raw material warehouse by a special vehicle.
【Process two】
The dried bentonite is lifted to the storage hopper by the elevator, and the storage hopper is discharged and then fed to the host by the feeder evenly.
【Process three】
In the grinding process, the qualified products are screened by the screening system and then enter the collector through the pipeline. After being collected, they are discharged through the powder discharge pipe to be the finished product. The unqualified products fall into the main engine for re-grinding.
【Process four】
The purified air flows through the residual air duct above the dust collector and flows into the blower. The air path is circulating. Except for the positive pressure from the blower to the grinding chamber, the airflow in the rest of the pipeline flows under negative pressure, and the indoor sanitary conditions are better.
